Biography

Passionate about urban arts, Ink4rt began graffiti in the late 90s. He later tried lettering before being seduced by calligraphy, a source of real artistic and historical learning, then turned to its variation urban: the calligraffiti. He most often represents his calligraphy in an abstract way and lets them express themselves through the flows they generate. He uses the pen on small format, often paper, and it is with a brush that he tames canvas and walls with varied textures and the freedom of large spaces. Delicate, full and delicate interlacing which overlap, graze, crisscross, respond to each other in a perpetual and poetic movement, its frescoes hypnotize… For calligraphy inspired by letters from different alphabets (oriental, Asian, Gothic, Hebrew, etc.), he shows that in addition to words, they can be expressed through their forms that charm us.
