Julia Faure is an actress.
For several years now, Julia Faure has been drawing and painting cats almost every day. What was just a hobby quickly became much more. His application, his assiduity and the accumulation of notebooks today draw the contours of an ambiguous work. Julia feigns the unconsciousness of a raw artist, to give us a diary compiling her moods, her joys, her sorrows, her entire life. Because her innocent and so cute cats are always ready to get their claws out. They act as distanced self-portraits where self-mockery always prevails over pathos.
