Biography
Artist Statement:
My achievement in painting derives after a long navigation in adjoining worlds of art direction
and design. Studies, sketches and attempts started 20 years ago, but the real painting arrived in 2012.
In the essence of my portraits, as my objective, relies the need to examine the state of mind of protagonists.
I call it “vectorial emotions": sadness, happyness, joy, sorrow
showed directly, without hints.
That's the reason to use acrylic, the best to obtain
full-colour fields. A sort of abstract that become figurative.
Will the observer receive this message? That's my hope.
Education:
I studied at European Institute of Design in Milan and earned a diploma.
