"In my painting, pictorial expression joins bodily expression. I like to play with the firm lines of bodies and with materials beyond simple pigments, to bring dynamism to the whole. My symbolic canvases decorated with sheets of copper, chrome and sometimes stones, allow me to express timelessness; to fix a look, an attitude, a feeling for an eternity, contrasting with the ephemerality of movement.
