Presentation
Jicé is a French artist born in 1961.
After spending 25 years creating jewelry, Jicé turns to painting and sculpture in 2004.
He creates hybrid works in relief combining several materials such as wood, rope, metal, and several other objects with oil painting made with a knife, giving in this way an aged look to his works.
Jicé is the painter of aircraft cabins and cargo hulls: an adventurous spirit constantly searching for new artistic experiments.
Jicé is represented particularly by the Samhart Gallery.
