French painter, draftsman and sculptor, Roger Mulh was born December 20, 1929 in Strasbourg and died April 4, 2008 in Mougins. He graduated from the National Superior School of Decorative Arts of Strasbourg in 1948, and then went to Belfort. He settled in Montreaux-Chateau in 1954.
A figurative painter, he is passionate about the landscapes of Provence and Côte-d'Azur, in which he brilliantly transcribes light and the athmosphere. With pastel colors and refined compositions, Roger Muhl's work give us an impression of peace and tranquility.
The artist made his first exhition in Paris in 1960, then exhibited in Geneva, London, Milan, Dallas, Cologne, Stuttgart, Tokyo, Kyoto, Belfort and New York.
