Mierzwa Dariusz

Dariusz Mierzwa, born in 1959 in Chorzów, is an artist with a multifaceted creative career. His passion for art began when he completed art school. He initially started with sculpture and set design, creating musical shows, concerts, and working on television and film productions at Polish Television in Katowice.

A fascination with computer technology led him to explore new fields. He works with digital imaging technology, computer animations and digital design. He combines painting and drawing techniques with digital images, experimenting and searching for new possibilities in art.

His paintings, exhibited in the United States, France, Italy, Germany and the United Arab Emirates, speak about the other side of the material world, something deeper and bigger than ourselves. I seek a metaphysical world that resides in each of us, bringing surreal visions intertwined with philosophical aphorisms. My paintings transport us to the other side of reality, provoking reflection on the essence of being and the universe.

An extremely important element of his art is the fusion of traditional painting techniques with modern digital technologies. Photographs and photographic sketches form the concept of his works, giving them a deeper dimension and a modern form.

He doesn't limit himself to just painting; he also gets involved in social activities, conducting workshops for seniors on information technology, smartphones and artificial intelligence programming. He sees digital technology as a tool to enhance creativity and outreach, rather than a threat to traditional art forms.

His paintings, such as "Journey into the depths of pain relief" and "My Dubai - Bismillah", show the diversity of his creativity and interests.

In addition to his creative work, he explores the world of African and Islamic art, traveling in Arab countries and Africa. These inspirational travels serve as a source for her new series of paintings.

She received a Certificate of Distinction for my work in 2022, signed by the Luxembourg Art Prize for 2022.

He is not afraid to experiment or take on new challenges. His works are filled with a deep message that reaches the souls of the audience of his art.
