Trained graphic designer Hervé Bauve explores through research and creation the springs of contemporary painting.
Graphic editor in the written press, he worked for several magazines then he made numerous exhibitions in France which allowed him to win painting prizes, notably at the Art VO festival, and to exhibit in Taiwan at the "MOCA" to represent France among 200 nations.
Under the sponsorship of Anne Hidalgo, he participated in the 8 biennial of contemporary art of Montmartre at the Villa Radet. The informal images that escape from these paintings arouse our curiosity, probing our submerged and secret sensations. These canvases, far from just contemplating each other, simply live.
