Biography
Born in Paris in 1987, Chloé Malard began studying graphic arts at the Emile Cohl school in Lyon in 2006 then began painting and began exhibiting a series of portraits in 2009.
His latest works feature semi-abstract landscapes where Posca felt and brushstrokes interact to form a complex material. Everything is suggested, in a hazy effect reminiscent of the dream. It is an intuitive painting, worked in an aesthetic search and above all balance. The goal is not to distinguish but to let oneself be carried away. In this series, Man is always present but drowned in the elements, becoming an integral part of the landscape. There is only matter among matter.
