Claire Godet

Trained in applied arts at the Olivier de Serres school in Paris, Claire Godet then explored the world of architecture. Passionate about the arts in the broad sense of the term and an architect by profession, she has developed a sensitive, subtle vision of art and its place in space.

Both meditative and therapeutic, his hypnotic work plays on the notion of scale. From a distance, only a geometric shape appears; but up close we realize the complexity and meticulousness of the random outline, made with a continuous line freehand on paper.

This unique feature evokes for her a representation of life: a path strewn with pitfalls, curves, deviations, etc... but which continues; we are the fruit of this journey.
