The 193 Gallery pays homage to contemporary Chilean art through a group exhibition that presents the biggest names in Chilean art of the 21st century, such as Ivan Navarro and Alfredo Jaar, and new emerging scenes teeming with Santiago, Chile. This generation of artists use light and new media to create different cognitive experiences. The “New Media Art” questions the relationship between the physical world and the virtual world, through the development of new technologies. The light becomes a portal into another dimension. 193 Gallery wishes to present a new face of Chile, resolutely contemporary, far from the clichés on a traditionalist South America. After Chile, 193 Gallery will continue its world tour and will successively present contemporary Argentine, Cuban and Moroccan scenes.
