Biografía
Siempre un cruce de fronteras entre la fotografía, la pintura y el grabado. Sven da más o menos la ventaja a una u otra forma de arte. Sus obras de arte son a menudo fotografías tomadas en sus viajes que combina con fragmentos gráficos y áreas pintadas en su estudio. Sven nació en Berlín, estudió comunicación visual en la Universidad de Hildesheim y obtuvo la distinción de becario del British Council para estudiar en el Royal College of Art de Londres. Mientras trabajó durante varios años como director de arte y fotógrafo, también ha pasado los últimos 15 años enfocándose en el mercado internacional del arte. Estableció su propia galería de fotografía contemporánea en la capital del arte, Berlín, hace una década. Desde hace 7 años también tiene una cátedra de fotografía, arte y diseño en diferentes universidades.
Su trabajo ha sido expuesto en 4 continentes y publicado en Estados Unidos, Canadá, Holanda y Alemania. El premio Walter Thiemann le fue otorgado en 1996. Ha realizado trabajos por encargo para la industria del automóvil, la industria de la moda, varios proyectos de hostelería y clínica.
