“I realized a lack in my life, that of creating, and I turned to an art that seemed accessible to me: painting, although music has always occupied a large place for me.

Self-taught, 30 years ago, I started with watercolor which I continue to practice, then collage. Finally I dared to use palpable living material oil which, when worked with a knife, allows for interesting effects in terms of thickness.

Figurative painter that I claim, and perhaps against the grain. All this represents a lot of work, but work that is a pleasure which kills the sores of life and becomes a need against gloominess."
