Located in Spa, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, Azur gallery has the privilege of organizing its exhibitions in an enchanting setting, rich in history.
Built in 1883, the house was requisitioned several times by the Germans during the Second World War to water their horses in the garden.
Bought in 1967 by the G. family the house was transformed into a hotel, known as "the Avenue Hotel". Edith Piaf, Gilles Perrault - author of the political novel the Red Orchestra - stayed especially there a few days.
In this magnificent setting Azur Gallery opened 35 years ago.
